LaunchPad, an all-volunteer community arts-resource, provides free and
low-cost services including classes, computer lab and Do-It-Yourself bicycle shop to the arts and activist communities and to our Northwest Oakland neighborhood.
We are holding a benefit fundraiser starting at 2 pm this Saturday, June 24. With the essential support of the community, this benefit will help us continue the legal fight to preserve the center and guarantee that our programs and services will continue uninterrupted.
LaunchPad works closely with the neighborhood has the solid support of its neighbors, including Marcus Bookstore, Café Dejena, King Clothing Line, Gallagher’s, Alem’s Auto repair, Grove St Auto Repair, Burley’s Car Wash, Micros Market.
